Picture the Holidays - Catching Up

With all that has been going on with my Dad, a sick kid, and the holidays I haven't kept up with posting my Picture the Holidays shots.  So here is a quick and dirty catch up post.  :)

December 17th ~ Electric Glow
Prompt: Photograph candle light

With two small boys we have no candles in our home other than LED. But each night we gather together to say prayers and hold a small tea light as we reflect on our day. My son consented to allow me to take a few shots. Nice way to remember a special part of our day.

December 16th ~ The stockings were hung by the bokeh with care...
Prompt: photograph bokeh (out of focus lights)

I've been noticing that when I sit on the couch I can see my tree reflected int the fireplace. Thought it would make a nice twist on today's prompt.

Prompt: Use your photos to create gift tags.

I couldn't help using a few embellies on the many tags I created from today's prompt. Love how they turned out. I'm actually excited to wrap gifts. Who would have thought?
