Words to Live By {Big Idea Festival}

If you haven't signed up for Big Picture's Big Idea Festival, you really should!  It's packed with 12 days of inspiration from 12 teachers, and it's FREE!!  Just finished Day 4 of 12 and I am totally loving the mini album that's in the works!  Wanna see???

Day 1 ~ Share

Day 2 ~ Wonder

Day 3 ~ Less

Day 4 ~ Give

One little tip...the chipboard mini album I got in the BPC Big Idea Festival Kit did not have enough pages for me to do 2 page spreads for all 12 days.  So I am adding in a few pages.  To do this I have cut some cereal boxes to size and covered them with pattern paper.  Makes perfect add in pages!

What are the important words you live by?  Any quick tips for making mini album pages?

I'm off to go see what word is waiting for me in Day 5!  See you tomorrow!

  3. I started following you from Mother Load. And I noticed that you are/were also doing FPF. I love how it turned out. I saw how you organize your room and I have been thinking about doing it "colored". Does it still work for you? I don't want to organize it all, and then redo.

  4. I love having BPC friends stop by my blog! Yes organizing by color still works best for me. I have adapted a couple of things though. I have one bin just for things with words (cause when I want a sentiment I don't think color). And I have some little baskets by my desk with things I love (usually new stuff). I like to go through my new fun things bin first and then head to my color bins if I don't find something that works. I also now have all my pens together in one place. So in my color bins are ribbon, embellishments, buttons, etc. And my paper is also organized by color (both the full sheets and my paper scraps). Hope that helps! Good luck organizing!
